  • Individual Therapy

Sage is passionate about working with individuals who experience chronic shame. Whether that shame stems from childhood trauma, belonging to historically marginalized communities, societal stigmas, internalized biases, unhealthy relationships, or other life experiences, Sage will guide you on a path to healing and genuine self-acceptance.

  • Teens and Emerging Adults

Sage loves working with neurodiverse teens (16+) and young adults in finding their voice and the power to create the life they have been dreaming about as they navigate entering higher education or the workforce.
